The Tzohar Prenuptial Agreement \u00a0is intended to guarantee that couples remain together out of choice, love and equality and not out of a lack of mutual respect. The \u00a0agreement is a signed prenuptial document that relates to a possible future situation in which, Heaven forbid, the marriage faces a crisis. The agreement contains various mechanisms aimed at annulling phenomena such as \u201cagunot\u201d and preventing unnecessary conflict\u00a0and anger in advance.<\/p>\n

The Tzohar Prenuptial Agreement\u00a0 is intended to guarantee that couples remain together out of choice, love and equality. The agreement is signed before the wedding and relates to a possible future situation in which, Heaven forbid, the marriage faces a crisis.<\/p>\n

The agreement contains various mechanisms aimed at avoiding future situations of \u201cGet\u201d refusal between a wife and husband and guaranteeing that, in the event of a separation, both spouses behave in a respectful manner, without the necessity of prolonged legal proceedings and unnecessarily heavy legal expenses.<\/p>\n

What do the spouses agree upon?<\/p>\n

When necessary, the agreement will bring the spouses to negotiations, via a mechanism that creates a financial commitment: Prior to their marriage, the couple accept upon themselves the commitment of increased alimony; they agree that, Heaven forbid, should they face a crisis situation, if either of them delays the separation proceedings he\/she must pay a heavy sum as monthly alimony. The commencement of these alimony payments is dependent on the termination of the process of seeking professional advice with the aim of rehabilitating the marriage and after an attempt at creating matrimonial reconciliation. Furthermore, prior to commencing alimony payments, a mutually agreed external arbitrator must confirm that indeed all the provisions of the agreement have been fully complied with.<\/p>\n

This agreement is reciprocal \u2013 The commitments of the husband and wife are identical.<\/u><\/p>\n
